18th April 2008 - Accenture team with Busking Cancer
Accenture, a global consulting, technology and outsourcing company, team-worked with Busking Cancer to upgrade the existing
website to cope with the vast increase in busker sign-up following the recent press coverage and promotion for the event.
Buskers can now sign up with ease and receive electronic Letters of Authorisation! A large thank you goes to Phil Wilshaw
and Rafie Hannona, the Accenture integration team.
12th January 2008 - Busking Cancer Nationalised!
Busking Cancer is officially launched as a nationwide event! Following the success of Busking Cancer 2007, Cancer Research UK have agreed to launch a nationwide Busking
Cancer Week in 2008 where musicians across the UK can join in the fundraising. The next Busking Cancer Week will start on Sat 6th September 2008 with bands
choosing their own location to go busking.
